Treetops

Bintan Island Quest

Bintan Island Quest Adventure provides otdoor management training programs that are valuable chance for a company to develop a higher level of communication and team building amongst its staff. These skills are fundamanetal in achieving corporate objectivies and strategies. 

This half-day team-building activity is a physical and mental challenge played over different locations, from the hotel grounds to the white-sand beach, to the golf greens and to a picturesque hill. It involves interaction with locals and requires participants to use their navigational skills, their cooperation and willingness to work and act as one team, their creativity and resourcefulness, their skills in diplomacy, communication, bargaining, negotiating, planning and budgeting.
