How to arrive:
By plane: Portuguese airlines Portugalia and Tap operate a great number of flights on a daily basis.
By train from Lisbon: The local panoramic train from Lisbon follows the coastline and beaches through the outskirts , small villages and elegant Estoril until arriving in the centre of Cascais, 2 min. from the hotel. The journey in the Metro- type train takes approximately 30 minutes and is the most practical way of arriving from the centre of Lisbon.

Clientele:
Although the hotel is located within a beach resort, its clientele is a mixture of leisure seeking and international business travelers. Many important companies have relocated to headquarters outside of Lisbon, halfway between the centre of Lisbon and Cascais and find the Albatroz therefore the ideal place to stay and to conduct meetings. The Hotel and Palace:
The Albatroz Hotel and the Albatroz Palace are two separate buildings opposite to each other, both originally aristocratic residences and dating from the 19th Century.

The Albatroz Hotel is the main building, which includes the Reception, Bar, Restaurant, 2 Pools, 39 rooms and 8 suites.

The Albatroz Palace is across the street and offers 4 rooms and 2 suites.

Both buildings offer great conditions for Banquets and Cocktails, either in their 7 banqueting rooms or in the outside spaces overlooking the sea.

Golf: The Albatroz has special agreements with Quinta da Marinha Oitavos Golf and Quinta da Marinha Golf course, only a short distance away. A reduced green fee and starting time can be arranged by the front desk. Equipment can be hired on site. Guests can also play at the Penha Longa, Belas, Aroeira, Peru or Estoril Golf Courses.

Horseback riding at the Centro Hípico da Quinta da Marinha can be arranged. The Centre is a well known venue for show jumping and dressage events but also offers fully qualified instructors to teach all clients from beginners to veterans. They also offer magnificent out rides through the sand dunes and forests, not forgetting the mountain ride to Sintra, which has spectacular views.
